  Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

– Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. 

– Items must be in perfect, unworn condition, with description of reason for return for improvement purposes.

– A copy of the original receipt be included with the return if any was issued.

 Non-Returnable Items

– Jewelries that may have been intentionally damaged by the customer.

– Jewelry that maybe have been intentionally bent or broken.

Return Process:

Inspection and Condition:

 – Ensure that the jewelry is in perfect condition before initiating a return. 

   – We ask that the Jewelry not show signs of wear or damage.

   Packaging

   – Carefully package the jewelry to prevent any further damage during shipping, say any was found.

   – Pack appropriately to avoid tears during shipping.

  Shipping

  – Insure the return package to cover potential losses or damages during transit.

  – Include a copy of your receipt inside the package if any was given initially when purchase was made.

 Return Address

 – Send the return package to the address provided on your original shipment.

– Exchange:

– We will exchange the product for another item of your choice, subject to availability.

– Refund:

– We will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping and Vat charges that will be incurred.

– Damage Policy:

– Items damaged by the customer or bent/broken jewelry will not be accepted for return or refund although can be looked at by The WatchMan.

– Any tampering or improper handling may void the return eligibility.
